The solution takes shape after discovery.

You don’t need to know what should change; for the first call, describing the work you see as a priority is enough. That call is free and online.

  1. Introductory call

    What happens
The call covers where the work stalls, who it affects, and how it is handled today.
    Your part
A few sentences in the form; it helps if the person who knows the work best joins the call.
    Outcome
A shared decision on whether discovery makes sense, and on its scope and terms.
  2. Discovery

    What happens
Together with your team, Krafera records who handles the work today, in which software, and in what order, and marks the points where it waits or repeats.
    Your part
Time from the people who run the work and, where useful, examples of how it runs that contain no personal data.
    Outcome
A written workflow review and roadmap.

The review includes a map of how the work runs today, a list of problems with the evidence for each, suggested criteria for judging the result, and solution options. Those options can include building nothing new or adjusting software you already use.

Krafera uses the business information you share in calls and during discovery only for the work it does with you, and does not use it in a presentation or any other example without your permission.

  3. Proposal and decision (pilot if needed)

    What happens
Krafera prepares a written proposal based on what discovery found: the shape of the solution, a small pilot to try first if needed, who is responsible for what, and the criteria for the result.
    Your part
Reading the proposal, asking your questions, and deciding whether to accept it.
    Outcome
Your decision: if you accept the proposal, setup begins; if not, the work ends here.

Scope and fee are set out in the written proposal.

  4. Setup and handover

    What happens
Where possible, Krafera sets things up inside the tools you use today, tries the solution on real work with your team, and finishes its settings based on that trial.
    Your part
Time from the team members who join the trial, and your acceptance decision.
    Outcome
A setup your team uses, with each person’s part written down, plus usage notes or short training where needed.
  5. Measurement and next steps

    What happens
Krafera assesses, as two separate questions, how the new setup is working and what has changed in your business.
    Your part
A review meeting, and the totals for each criterion, shared from your own systems.
    Outcome
A decision on next steps: the setup continues as is, gets improved, or the work is complete.

Krafera states clearly in its written proposal which criteria will be used to assess the result.

Which piece of work to start with is settled together in the first call.
