The structure behind everyday work
Sometimes the order behind a business’s work is spread across a spreadsheet, a long email thread, and several separate programs. Krafera looks for where this slows the work down and lets that business’s own needs shape the solution.
Vision
The state Krafera works toward is visible inside your business: at a glance, you can see who is handling an inquiry, which stage a quote has reached, and whose desk an approval is sitting on. Your team’s time goes to customers and the work itself instead of entering the same information twice, and that can show up in profit as well.
Mission
Krafera reviews how the work runs today with the team that does it and recommends what to put in place based on that review; the recommendation may be as small as one approval step added to software you already use. It sets up the solution you choose and hands it over to you.
Working principles
-
Discovery that also records what works
The workflow review prepared during discovery records what works well and should be kept, alongside what needs to change. Krafera works this out by talking with the person who does the job every day.
Approach: Discovery -
A recommendation with its reasons
Krafera puts its recommendation in writing, along with why it chose that path; when there is more than one option, it sets out the effort and costs of each side by side. Building nothing new can be one of the options; you decide which one to go ahead with.
Approach: Proposal and decision (pilot if needed) -
Responsibilities set out in the proposal
In its written proposal, Krafera sets out which setup steps it handles and which your team handles. At handover, it shows your team how the setup works and what to check when something changes.
Approach: Setup and handover -
Your part, clear from the start
Before work begins, Krafera tells you what each step will need from you: which information, whose time, and which access. Your team’s time is part of the plan too.
Contact: the steps of the process
What Krafera does not do
- It does not recommend a setup it can see will not pay off for your business.
- It does not promise results in numbers up front.
- It does not ask for more access than the work requires.
For small and mid-sized businesses
Krafera focuses on businesses with no in-house IT team, or only a small one. For each industry below, it explains separately where work can stall and what it looks at.
Commitments in writing
Two commitments that also appear in the proposal:
Krafera states clearly in its written proposal which criteria will be used to assess the result.
Krafera uses the business information you share in calls and during discovery only for the work it does with you, and does not use it in a presentation or any other example without your permission.
